Laur - I'm 31. I am not going to party or hang out as most are. I'm there to work and get experience with the company. I'll be taking online classes from my school as well and want the quiet. For me, it's what will work best (not to mention, I've never lived in a dorm like situation and I don't think I'd handle living with a large amount of strangers very well)
